Hello,
I have an unlocked 7100T that is being used with Cingular. I had to
update the software for the device to communicate with the updated
Blackberry server. So I used the Cingular version of the software
(7100G I believe). Since updating the software I am unable to use the
device as a phone. It still works as a Blackberry but I cannot dial
out or receive calls. Any thoughts on this issue? If I install the
7100T version of the software will that cause my phone to relock
itself? Has anyone else had this issue, or perhaps have just read
about how to fix the issue.
