 Hello,
Like many other users when I use Microsoft ActiveSync on my PDA I obtain a
message saying "Microsoft Outlook does not recognize " " (that is the
e-mail address of the person). This is about the people with whom I have
scheduled appointments. And these people show as Unresolved Items.

Could you plese help with this ?

 Hi,
If you have invited a user in an appointment and you synchronize with a PC
that does not have these contacts, the appointment won't sync. There is no
known fix for this other than to add the contacts on the desktop.
