sync with Outlook?

 That should only happen the first time you connect and are establishing a
partnership with a particular PC. This indicates that the partnership is not
being established for some reason. If you bring up AS on the PC with the
device not connected, does it show the name of your PPC? In AS on the PPC,
does it show that there is a partnership established? What sort of PPC do
you have? Do you have admin rights on your PC? Might not be allowing the
partnership to be established.

I have a Samsung i730. AS says the correct partnership. Should I delete the
partnership?

I have admin rights on a PC that I build myself.

Are you synchronizing with a single computer or two? For possible scenarios
where the Combine or Replace dialog appears, suggest you refer to
