Running Xp service pack 2 (with auto update), and windows ce 2003
I used to be able to sync between the 3870 and both my office and home PCs,
but now although the IPAQ is detected by XP, when I try to run acivesync it
is not detected by USB or serial cable. Any ideas what may have gone wrong

Hi,
Did you configure the firewall with XP SP2 to allow ActiveSync to access the
internet?

Yes, even tried turning the firewall off, but still could not get through.

Hi,
Did you try another cradle? I know that some users have had problems with
the cradles after a period of time.

Tried another cradle, and a single USB to PDA cable. I use the same PDA
connection (but different lead) for the GPS in my car and that works for GPS
and power, so think that should be ok. I ran out of ideas after that (glad I
can sync by Bluetooth or this would REALLY get me down!)
