After performing a recovery, the BIOS and System Information show both drives
but Windows Explorer does not find the 2nd drive. What is wrong or what have
I done wrong?

You would do better to post to the hardware or general group of whatever
version of Windows your using as your question is not related to the Media
Center application, which is what this group is about.
What does Disk Management say about the drive?

Please log in for more thread options
Right click My Computer and select Manage, Disk Management. Locate the hard
disk in question and make sure it has a drive letter assigned. If not, right
click it and select Change drive letters and paths and assign it a drive
letter.
