I have a USB printer and a USB digital camera. The camera doesn't get
recognized.
I get the error code 38. Windows cannot load the device driver for this
hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory.
I tried the simple restart and no luck.
I can however uninstall it, and go to the add hardware wizard and get it to
work, But......
then the printer doesn't work.
I have to go and uninstall it and add it in the hardware but then the camera
doesn't work.
Any clues?????
