Can one use a single Pocket PC to sync with two different calendars? One
calendar is my Outlook Calendar at home, the other is a Lotus Notes based
calendar.
I seem to remember that ActiveSync gets messed up when trying to do this -
that items entered on one calendar will go to the PocketPC ok, but then when
trying two sync that to the other calendar, those items do not get
downloaded - is this configuration possible?

Away from the office at home, it would be so much easier to be able to enter
calendar entries from the desktop.

TIA. Hope this is clear.

Hi Andrew,

I don't use Lotus Notes so not in a position to confirm but if you don't get
a confirmation you might want to check out Mnotes.

Thanks for the pointer Raj. At work, I use EASYSYNC (a LOTUS NOTES based
product that syncs to either PPC or Palm devices) that is part of the server
system, so I'm pretty much locked in here. I'm not so sure that a choice of
what software on NOTES does the sync is really important (might be wrong
here), as I get the feeling the synchronization process (flags, records,
etc.) is just part of the underlying architecture of the PPC calendar
facility. Again, I might be wrong.

Would you happen to know if keeping an Outlook server calendar (I think
there's such a thing) and a local Outlook calendar on a home desktop is
possible with complete 2-way, 2-PC syncronization? If so, then NOTES
*should* be possible.

At any rate, it's Monday morning, and I'm about to start running some
tests....

Hi Andrew,

EasySync too is a popular sync tool for Lotus Notes. You will be able to
sync the calendar of lotus notes at work and then with Outlook at home. But
can't confirm if this will mess up the entries in a given scenario. Maybe
you could share your test results. Good luck !!
