I have an HP iPAQ rx1955 and added a 1 GB SD card for storing photos. When
using ActivSync 4.2 to transfer *.jpg files to the handheld, it only allows
me to transfer about 21 MB then says the card is full. When I check the
card memory, the readout indicates the correct total capacity with the
correct small fraction 'in use.' I tried to make folders for the card but
I was denied because of insufficient memory. I would appreciate any help in
getting this rectified - I certainly would like to be able to use the full
capacity of the SD card. Thanks.

Your best option for cards like that is to get a reader to connect to your
PC, rather than transmitting everything via AS. I haven't run into that
particular problem, but I know how much slower AS is than a reader connected
directly to the PC.

Thanks Paul - it worked like a charm. I should have thought of it since I
use a reader to get pics from my cameras to the PC.
