Please log in for more thread options
Pocket PC would no long sync without an error. Did a hard reset towipe
everything clean. Uninstalled Active sync 4.5 ver. Reinstalled software.
Everything did a sync except my contacts. No contacts any longer on PPC.
Help! Please. It would really be appreciated.

I failed to mention that the error says ... Active Sync encountered a
problem on the desk top. and then the error number.

Jerry,

I experience the same problem with my WM 6.1 PDA Phone. Synchronizing with
two PCs worked perfectly for about three weeks then one morning my home PC
did not sync and the same status code was displayed. I searched the net and
found a solution that seems to work for me. See my post here

I guess I'm in a similar boat. I started having the 107 problem on syncing
to the second pc. You wrote in the link:

it is recommended that you DO NOT enable synchronization of tasks

My problem seems to happen in 'notes'. The logical progression of this would
be that the workaround is to not synchronize at all which is not
encouraging.

I suspect something in my PST file has been changed by using ActiveSync as
now Palm's hotlink fails on my Zire and this has worked flawlessly for a
couple of years.
